For a thirty-year period, 1950 through 1980, you could count on finding these gentlemen wherever
the Centralia High School basketball team happened to be playing. No matter what the conditions,
they seemed to make it through.
After one such incident where they had traveled through terrible
weather, Coach Evers saw them in the stands and came up to let them know he appreciated
them being there.
Onorio indicated that in one 31-year period he only missed nine Orphan games, home or
away.
